responsibilities:

  • Support the IOC Head of Ceremonies in execution of Opening and Closing Ceremonies

  • Advise on production on all aspects of staging, timing and scripting

  • Development of digital initiatives to augment athlete and audience experience at ceremonies

  •  Facilitate ongoing thematic development, consult creatives and provide assurance of show delivery

  • Ensure compliance and continuity in staging protocol segments

  • Consult on Parade of Athletes operations to ensure an optimal door-to-door journey

  • Production and mass-choreographic leadership as needed during gamestime

  • Ongoing writing and editing of the IOC transfer of knowledge documents for ceremonies
